They came put them together and they are a blast to ride
this thing is a little ripper, well built very nice for the cost. Starts on first kick no choke. Orion powersports are great to work with. I'm 6ft 250lbs and It has enough power to zip me around, I also give my 6, and 4 yr old rides on it. They absolutely love it. Only thing I can say wasn't great was I thought it was coming fully assembled
Changed out the factory shipping oil, and the motor is absolutely purring. I have owned several SSR 125's and they have all been bulletproof little bikes that can haul a 200lb man up and around mountains offroad with ease. Bonus: they fit in an SUV with a bit of minor disassembly! These are some of the most well-made Chinese pit bikes on the market. However, my 2021 did NOT come with the new plastics that SSR advertises for the 2020 and up models- so that's kind of a bummer. Either way, still super happy and still a 5 star rating from me.
Bike came fast as said, had a little oil on the box but not a huge deal. Went together smoothly, upgraded the grips, levers, and air filter, and it runs way better and more sturdy, don't expect a bike you can full send, that's not what it's made for.
bike is even bigger than I expected which was better for me runs and drives perfect amazing deal lots of fun
Front suspension feels loose
Great all around experience ordering this bike. Came quickly, packed welled and has been a blast ever since. Definitely will be ordering more from Orion
I am only writing this review because I got an e-mail asking me to review my purchase. So here you go, Orion asked for it.
My bike came with the rear fairings pretty severely damaged, mostly the right rear fairing had large chunks of plastic broken on the parts connected under the seat. This damage was concealed but the decal stickers and the seat, so I didnt notice until i started assembling the bike and was getting the rear wheel and shock in place. Not that big of a deal, but, I then immediately called orion and figured the issue could easily be solved without much hassle. Well, I was wrong.
I was met with rude and snide comments about how the damage was my fault and Orion was gladly accepting of avoiding all responsibility for my band new bike that had been received with damage. The SSR is a pretty good and fun bike, but I would not recommend ordering from Orion. And even funnier Orion could have fixed this problem for about $20 of their expense, to make a customer happy, while i have multiple friends who have rode my SSR and decided to get one themselves. I GLADLY directed them to a more reliable business, and told them of my experience with the "business" I bought mine from. So Orion missed out on the sale of 3 bikes ($2700) because of their "customer service". And lets see if Orion has the balls to let this review post, I'm sure they will easily remove it to keep up the sham of their website and all the false positive claims they have on there.

We will gladly post this on our site. We just ask that you tell the rest of the story.
You did call us with damage but you also told us you accepted the bike WITHOUT inspecting it. All we ask from the customer is to inspect the bike and notate any damage. If you refuse to do this, we cannot file a claim for you and replace parts. Its that simple. We are contractually bound to SSR and the shipping companies to follow one simple direction.......INSPECT the bike before the driver leaves.
We even put this in our terms and conditions, our FAQ and on the invoice that you signed. We are not sure how to make it any clearer.
When you accept a bike and do not notate any damage, SSR nor the shipping company will not fulfill their obligation to replace broken parts as they think the damage occurred after they delivered. Its just a simple checks and balance system that requires a small amount of effort on the consumers part but it saves a lot of headaches. Damage to an item is rare but we have 100s of customers that follow the directions and get their damage parts replaced ASAP.
Your response when we explained this to you was "its not my responsibility" and that we should have "called you to inform you about this" before your bike was delivered. What can we do in this situation? This was out of our hands.
