Came in with less the perfect crate, mostly card board and Brocken pallet Vehicle runs well and so far meets expectations. No manual-came with .

CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE SALES CREW AND REP'S AT ORION'S POWERSPORTS...ABSOLUTELY THE BEST ! HAVE RESEARCHED THUNDERBIRD MINI-JEEPS FOR ABOUT 2 MO.'S . ALOT OF PLACES TO BUY ONE....ALOT OF DIFFERENT ONES...SOME VERY BASIC...SOME REALLY DRESSED OUT WITH GREAT FEATURES......BUT....AS IS MY HABIT I ALWAYS GO TO CUSTOMERS REVIEWS TO MAKE FINAL DECISION TO BUY. ORION'S PEOPLE..LIKE MYSELF..WERE MOSTLY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR PURCHASE AND VERY PLEASED WITH ORIONS COURTESY AND RAPID RESPONSE. I EXPECTED A FEW FLAWS OR ISSUES....NOTHING MAJOR...JUST "SHIT HAPPENS" OCCASIONALLY. THEY WERE ON THE SPOT TO CORRECT AND EVEN WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME WITH MY PURCHASE ON A WEEKEND WHEN THEY WERE CLOSED ! THROUGH PAPERWORK, SIGNING ON LINE, AND FINANCING...THEY WERE THERE. ONLY NEGITIVITY IS WITH SHIPPING. WRONG COLOR( STATED CAMO GREEN, GOT ARMY GREEN. ORDERED 2 DAY EXPRESS...GOT 12 DAY CAMEL EXPRESS ! BUT....THEY CORRECTED MISTAKE AND REFUNDED ADDITIONAL FEES WITH SINCERE APOLOGY. JEEP IS SO MUCH FUN AM CONSIDERING A SECOND ONE....THROUGH ORION OF COURSE. DO YOUR SHOPPING AND EVALUATIONS...IM SURE YOU'LL END UP BACK HERE. JUST BE SPECIFIC ABOUT SHIPPING. MOST OF MY DAMAGE CAME FROM BEING BOUNCED AROUND WITH NO REGUARD TO "FRAGILE..HANDLE WITH CARE" STICKERS. ORION ?...ON TOP !

Order the mini jeep fully assembled. Arrived in a timely manner and have been riding it for the past few weeks. The unit is a lot of fun but I did have some problems initially. First of all, the unit kept stalling and shutting off when shifting to third. Finally figured out that the throttle needle was set too low in carburetor and not allowing enough gas to feed the engine. The throttle needle could not be adjusted. Had to order a new carburetor (less than $20) and replace and the problem went away. So far that has seemed to fix the problem. Secondly, the speedometer has never worked. Have not been able to figure out the problem. But it is not a big deal. Does not affect the enjoyment of the machine. Thirdly, the throttle wire attached right behind the gas petal broke inside the protective sleeve a couple of weeks ago. I think the wire must have been partly cut during the install and gradually wore out with regular use. There was enough cable left to repair and reinstall the throttle wire and were back riding really soon. Fourth, the mini jeep seems to use gas too quickly and the overflow bowl seems to pour way too much gas with both factory installed carburetor and new carburetor. However, this is not a major issue. Don't know if this is common or just a fluke. Overall, while there have been some bugs/repairs you would not expect with a new machine I am pleased with unit. A lot of fun and the kids love it. In addition, any questions that I have had Orion Powersports were willing to help talk through the problems and offer suggestions. I know it sounds funny with all the bugs I have experienced but overall I am pleased with the unit and would recommend buying one.

Ordered this from the crew at Orion Powersports and they delivered. So far we haven't used the jeep a whole lot, but the time we have used it has been a blast. I ordered the jeep fully assembled and it arrived at my doorstep ready to go. The only thing that I noticed (negatively) was that one of the chrome hubcaps was cracked, but that is really minor. Hopefully I can pick up a new one.... Other than that, this jeep is awesome. My 11 year old was out of his mind when he saw it and drove it. I personally like driving it. I may have to grab another one so I can go ride with him. Worth the money by far and Orion delivered an exceptional product.

This little jeep is a blast. And only took me about 30minutes to in crate and put together. Me, 225lbs and 6ft, along with 3 daughters, ages 4, 3, and 2, can all ride it together. With me plus my 110lb nephew we were climbing some large hills and topped it out @ 36mph on GPS. The only downfalls I've noticed are the weird grease zerks that don't work with my grease gun, and the frame being directly in front of the oil dipstick.

This was a steal at this price. Very cool unit, great for kids but adults can ride it too. Ordered it assembled and the guys at Orion hooked me up. Arrived at my door ready to go. Very happy w my purchase and will order again from Orion Powersports. Thanks!!

Great bargain at $1799..well built fun little machine. Packed with nifty features and "wow!" factor this mini Jeep grabs lots of attention everywhere we take it. I would highly recommend this for the young and even the "young at heart". Got this for the kids and I'm already wanting to get another one for me.
